SEO Specialist Intern

Job description

Role & responsibilities

- Perform complete On-Page SEO optimization
- Work on Off-Page SEO activities and backlink strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking, etc.
- Use AI tools for SEO workflows, content optimization, and research
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
- Create SEO reports and track improvements
- Assist in technical SEO audits and implementation
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and AI search trends

Preferred candidate profile

- Familiar with complete On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Familiar with:
- SEMrush
- SE Ranking
- Ubersuggest
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console

- Other SEO Tools
- Understanding of keyword research & SEO strategies
- Good communication and research skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow fast

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Understanding of technical SEO
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with content optimization
- Knowledge of local SEO & GMB optimization
