Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X
• Execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and improve results by reducing CPL and CPA
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, graphics, videos, and campaign strategies
• Prepare campaign reports and share actionable insights for improvement
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team to support lead generation goals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in SMM and Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics/reporting tools
• Proven ability to generate growth and achieve campaign performance targets
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a remote setup
