Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Operations to join our team at STARTEK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Experience with operational software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies.
