About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven IT Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This is a commission-based remote role ideal for individuals who excel in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the IT and digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Pitch IT services such as website development, SEO, SMM, software solutions, and digital marketing to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for project feasibility.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales performance regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or digital marketing services sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SEO, and online marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
- Strong networking and lead generation capabilities.
